Basic Weights is a team dedicated to helping people maintain independence and quality of life as they age.

We know aging itself can't be stopped, but research shows that physical, cognitive, and dexterity-focused activities can meaningfully slow functional decline. Drawing from hands-on experience caring for the elderly in both facility and home settings, we created Basic Weights — a simple platform that brings together the best evidence-based activities that you can do on your own or with others.

Our goal is to make it easier for you (and your loved ones) to stay strong, sharp, and self-reliant for as long as possible.
